I think they should get to feed their baby wherever and whenever they want, if the baby's hungry, let it eat! Who cares where it comes from? Just don't be rude and stare at her! It makes some people uncomfortable, yes, but if you just let it go--there, done! I would prefer it if they covered with a blanket or something, but it's not necessary! And as for public nudity in this equation, the're not strippers, they're uncovering for a reason. They need to uncover to feed the baby. What if you were starving and the only food source available was a breastfeeding mother, and she offered to feed you some milk (via filling a bottle or something) but it made you uncomfortable? I know, weird analogy, but you'd still want the food, wouldn't you?
Kinda gross. I mean yeah, it's natural, but so are bowel movements, and we remove ourselves for those. I mean yeah, they're on a way higher level of gross, but I'm all for modesty. Just go find somewhere suitable, quiet, and get it done.
You should be hanged, I really hope something bad happens to you, like someone molests you or rapes you. Seriously, fuck you. Can't wait until you have children, the stress of parenting will make you see that covering up is the last fucking thing to do on your list of worries and priorities.
No offense, but based on what you just said, I don't think I'm being the terrible person here.
I think you may be getting me wrong. If I ever come across a woman in public breastfeeding without a blanket or anything, it makes me uncomfortable. I don't think that means I should be hanged/raped. It's not like I'm going to go up to her, slap her baby to the ground and call her a pig. I would try my best to act like it's not uncomfortable, because I understand that being a mother is no walk in the park.
What I said- go find privacy and get it done- was just what would be ideal for my comfort. I know the question was asking if they should be asked to leave, but I didn't mean that. Please, calm your tits.
I don't think the woman should have to leave a public area to breastfeed her child, but I don't think it's too much to ask for her to just put a little blanket or something over while she does it. I thought public nudity was illegal anyway, so why would it be ok for a breastfeeding woman?
Eliminating bodily waste is also a biological need, but it's not ok to do that in public either. I just think the law should be equally applied, whether the woman is breastfeeding or not. I personally have no issue with it, I was merely questioning whether or not it was legally considered public nudity in the eyes of the law.
I don't believe I've ever seen that. I'm pretty sure that is frowned upon by the public especially with it being unsanitary. If the child was very young and the parent hadn't noticed them peeing in public, I would be sure to let them know what their child was doing, but I wouldn't tell them how to handle it. Most decent parents would rush to stop their children from peeing in public. People try to teach their children what is right and wrong from an early age, and if those children do the same thing when they get older it will be considered indecent exposure, which can get them labeled as a sex offender (that is less likely if they are a girl though). Again, my points are not about my personal opinion as I don't really care either way, but I still think laws should be applied equally, until the law says otherwise. Perhaps the supreme court should think about making a definite ruling one way or the other, but I don't think it's as a big of a deal as people make it to be.
I just don't get why a having an expose breast in public is a bad thing like, it's not a genital, it's just flesh and fat- like, guys are allowed to walk around topless all the time, there's nothing indecent or offensive about walking around with your shirt off if you're a guy- why is it different for women? Especially if it's just to nurse a baby, like, it needs to get breast milk to be healthy, and a woman shouldn't have to be forced to go away somewhere out of sight to feed a hungry baby. If the woman feels uncomfortable exposing her breast, she can cover up or go somewhere out of sight, but if she's comfortable with it, she should be allowed to- maybe she doesn't want to spend extra money getting a breastfeeding blanket or worry bout carrying around the extra weight.. And anyway, if looking at a woman feeding her child disturbs you, just don't stare at her boobs, gosh.
So, if a guy whipped their ding dong in front of me to take a piss where I could see it all, he should be able to do that because I don't have to look? He could at least have the courtesy of turning around or doing it somewhere more private.
are they they screeching they have a penis and ramming it in your face? also, looked at your female, therefore not going to the same bathroom, why would a guy being showing their penis in public? putting their penis out is actual public indecency/illegal, but it's a major difference to breasts, they're required for a baby to bloody live.
All the other animals can feed their babies wherever they want so why not humans (which are also animals)? lol Or are they going to tell dogs not to let their puppies suckle in public too? In fact, if they are going to complain about breast feeding they should also throw blankets on couples making out in public. That's just ugh.
People need to understand something: All sexual related things ARE natural. We are created trough sex, we need to be feeded by breast when we are babies, and we meet the world after we go out of a vagina! (there are exceptions of course, but his is "the normal" thing) so WHY! in modern day are still people that think ALL THESE THINGS ARE BAD!?
I'm not talking about allowing a person to have sex in public, or make a show out of ones boobs (if you are a woman) Instead, im talking about accepting the thruth of nature....We can't be obsessed with a mom feeding a child in public because we can see her breasts considering we need to have sex to make a baby, and in the act there is a lot of genital exposure...
I know, is not "right" to tell a child how babies are created, or how they meet the world so early....But is a reality that babies need to be feeded, the world need to follow it's course, women still need to do their activities, or to go to work or whatever....So for mature people...Understand IT IS NATURAL to feed a baby by breast, don't be HYPROCRITE to complain about that when i can bet you enjoy sex....
Sometimes women can't avoid to show their breasts because their children NEED to "eat". Is not like a baby can "control" his hunger like we adults can do...In closing, at least I find disrecpetful the fact that people actually complain and mistreats women because of something that is perfectly natural. I don't know how society works in the eastern part of the world, but at least here in the western side most of the people respect this...Sadly, there are still people who don't, and that are the ones that pisses me off...SORRY for my english.
First of all,I don't have a problem with women feeding babies in public but when you can see the whole breast is like their purposely saying look. What every happened with shirts that could be unbuttoned. The only thing that the babies need to suck on is the nipple there is no need to get there whole tit out. I am sick of complaing of these mothers groups whining and complaining about how they say discriminated against. not that I have any thing against them, but sometimes they can take it to far. For instance you shouldn't even have your children in a proper dinning restaurant. I'm not talking about chunky cheese or family restaurants, I'm taking about pubs and fancy restorers where there its not really suited for children. I mean why would take your newborn to a 4 or 5 star restaurant? Its not a place for children in the first place. Its like when one mother is told to keep there 3 year old from running around screaming and carrying on while shes yakking with the other mothers. The next day you get 20 mothers with screaming children cramming into the small cafe not even buying anything and letting there kids run wiled. So what I am trying to say is there is a time and a place for it.
Men have the stupid notion that women's breasts belong to them and that they're sinful to be seen by anyone else. Men are allowed to be seen without a shirt, and I don't see why women should be any different. And after that, there's the part where breastfeeding is perfectly normal and shouldn't be seen as something sexual. Breastfeeding is hardly inappropriate, no reason for it be obsessed over like its free pornography. No need to keep staring at it if you have a problem.
as far as I'm concerned, it's not even allowed to forbid a mother to breastfeed her baby in public here in germany. Not even with using householder's rights in restaurants for example (though I'm not sure if it's possible to ban them from the house afterwards) I could be wrong here, though. But seriously... it's a normal act of nature, it's the most natural thing to do to your baby. Who am I to forbid another woman to breastfeed her baby, when I know that it's (normally) the best they can do?
...then again, you see naked breasts here in tv on 2pm if they decide to show a report on breast surgery, so naked breasts aren't really a thing here...
I honestly don't get the sexualization of breasts? Like hey, if a guy's nipples get hard and you can see them through his shirt it's whatever but if you can see a lady's nipples through her shirt it's like WOAH MAMMA PUT THOSE SUCKERS AWAY LEST I RAM MY DICK DOWN YOUR THROAT
it's a really weird double-standard to have especially since women's breasts have an actual function
That's what everyone says, and I'm not trying to assume that you subscribe to that way of thinking, but all that the statement "men are animals" does is it takes all the responsibility away from the man by denying that he has a functioning, reasoning brain capable of saying "no" to whatever instincts he might have. It assumes that a man's natural state is "rapist."
Which it's not, unless you're a really pessimistic feminist about everything.
Actually, studies have shown that men don't think about sex too much more than women do. It's always assumed that men are the more perverse of the two sexes, they're more addicted to porn, etc., which is actually a really arguable stereotype. I mean, the 50 Shades of Grey series, which is aimed directly at women, has sold over 65 million copies worldwide, and the first book is the best-selling book of all time. Biologically, women get a lot more pleasure out of sex than men. And we kind of have to, considering we have to deal with 9 months of baby and then excruciating childbirth.
Which is normal, but it's also normal for guys to rarely think about sex. And just because a person thinks about a thing doesn't mean they're inexorably doomed to do that thing. Self-control is a beautiful thing, and kudos to you for having it!
