Things like that is something that doesn't need to be promoted in a world like this. The only condition that can stretch at times is manga that shows two guys having sex and one happens to be young. Sometimes too young for the audience, used for certain viewers who care for certain forms of romance. Other then that it really borderlines an obsessity that can be viewed as very dangerous and disturbing.
