Oh I should mention why I picked the number one spot too, its actaully somthing to do with when I studied Graphic Design back in the day, back then I knew nothing about san serif or comic san or ariel from little mermaid or all those typography stuff... so I always did badly in Typography class, I just couldn't understand why a certain font doesn't work or why it looks bad.. its just LETTERS! Out of all of the entries I received, I think this one most representative of Halloween in how it's usually portrayed.  His large cast of characters with different personalities all provide for different opportunities for costumes, and that is something he took full advantage of.  With references to older, classic ideas for monsters and whatnot, I think it captures a more retro style of the holiday which is well drawn, and did the drawing itself in a sort of retro style: with unique backgrounds for each character ranging from stylized to full sets.

Questioned by the Hong Kong PoliceSo where was I? Oh yes I was gonna talk about my experiences with the Hong Kong police, so here goes. OK this is the problem, whenever I visit Hong Kong I always have the fear of being questioned by the police, well not exactly fear because I've got nothing to hide, but whenever I am alone walking on the street and a policeman on patrol sees me, they would ALWAYS 100% stop and ask for my ID. For those ain't familiar with how things work in Hong Kong is that if they see a teenager (Especially male) on the street not in their school uniform during school time or with dyed hair or pretty much just 'gangster' or suspicious looking, they have the right to stop you in the middle of nowhere and question you. We meet again with a poorly english journal, but I'll do my best to express myself. So...
To any of you who watched me before and participated in my last game already know what to do, but now since I have some new watchers, I've got to let them know how to play.

If 100 people with extremely fast internet were to keep refreshing without rest, I estimate it would take approximately 96 years to reach that number. By then, even if one was lucky enough to catch the kiriban, he would have few days of his life left to receive sketches, will probably have had his license revoked several years ago, and a different president will be in office.
